1. Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringements

Once a proper Infringement Notice is received, we may:

  • Notify the content provider accused of infringement

  • Terminate access to repeat offenders

2. Procedure to Submit a Counter-Notice

If you believe your removed or disabled content is not infringing, or you have authorization to use that material, you may send us a Counter-Notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature

  2. Identification of the removed material and its previous location

  3. A statement of good faith belief that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification

  4. Your name, address, phone number, email address

  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of:

    • The court where you live, OR

    • If you live outside the UK, any judicial district where Rabbit Stars Toy Shop operates

  6. Agreement to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original infringement notice

If we receive a Counter-Notice, we may:

  • Forward a copy to the original complaining party

  • Restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider

Restoration is at our sole discretion.
